Collect title information and proposed closing documents, review and confirm closing is performed in compliance with any applicable contract, and ensure clear title is provided as attorney for purchaser.

Closing When Seller Pays for Title Insurance - $495.00*

Examine title, perform settlement services, issue title insurance, and act as attorney for seller.

Document Preparation and Review Only - $750.00

Collect title commitment from Closing Agent, order and collect standard estoppels and payoffs necessary to transfer property with clear title, prepare the necessary deed, bill of sale, closing affidavit, non-foreign affidavit, and/or survey affidavit, as applicable.

For Sale By Owner - $950.00

Pricing for the above referenced Buyer closing services whenever no Realtor is involved.

Refinances:

Mortgage Closing Agent Services - $495.00

Coordinate with owners and lender(s) to prepare the required lending package, assist owner with signing the lending package, and issue a mortgagee insurance policy to owner's lender(s).

Additional Cost On All Closings -

Faxing/Copying/Mailing/Handling Fee - $30.00 UPS/FedEx Mailing Fee per Package (as applicable) - $30.00
The preparation of any additional documentation necessary to clear title will incur a fee of $125.00 per additional document required.
