Foreclosure Contract & Closing Documents Review When Buyer Paying Title Insurance - $650.00

Collect contract and closing documents, review contract, closing documents, title documents, title exceptions and insure clear title is delivered.

Seller:

Closing When Seller Pays for Title Insurance - $350.00*

Document Preparation and Review Only - $495.00*

Collect title commitment from Closing Agent, order and collect standard estoppels and payoffs necessary to transfer property with clear title, prepare the necessary deed, bill of sale, closing affidavit, non-foreign affidavit, and/or survey affidavit, as applicable.*

* The preparation of any additional documentation necessary to clear title will incur a fee of $125.00 per additional document required.

Refinances:
