Brandon R. Bytnar, Esq. has practiced law in the Naples area since 2009. Although he handles civil litigation, landlord-tenant, and foreclosure defense matters, his main areas of focus are estate planning and probate. Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2005 with a degree in political science and journalism before earning his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2008.
While in law school, Brandon worked as an intern in the Office of the Ohio Public Defender. He also worked as a law clerk in the Toledo Municipal Court for several judges and magistrates. After obtaining his law degree, Brandon became a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Brandon is a member of the Naples Interagency Council and the Avow Hospice Community Advisory Board. In his free time, Brandon enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
Brian J. Thanasiu - Attorney at Law

Brian J. Thanasiu, Esq. is a practitioner of a broad variety of real estate transactions. Brian focuses a substantial portion of his time providing sound legal guidance for large and small residential and commercial closings throughout Southwest Florida. Among other things, Brian's practice requires the drafting and reviewing of purchase agreements, negotiating debt settlement, restructuring loans, ensuring clear title for new homeowners, guiding complex real estate transactions, and helping new homeowners complete lending documentation. As a real property attorney in the current market, Brian also focuses heavily on the facilitation of successful short sale transactions and loan modifications for individuals who wish to work through their current hardships. Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, received a master's degree from Vermont Law School, and graduated cum laude from Northern Michigan University with a concentration in land use planning.
While in law school Brian worked full time to support his family, but still found time to participate in mock trial competitions and a variety of philanthropic activities. He also devoted his time while in school to his participation in the Sixty Plus, Inc. Elderlaw Clinic where Brian assisted financially destitute members of the community with the drafting of estate planning documents.
Brian is a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Agency, and a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Planning Association. In his time outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, kayaking, hiking, and playing tennis.
Terai L. Griffith-Spence – Attorney at Law

Terai L. Griffith-Spence, Esq. is a practitioner of a broad variety of real estate law and civil litigation matters. Although she handles probate litigation, landlord-tenant, and collection actions, her primary areas of practice are civil litigation and foreclosure defense matters. Terai graduated from The University of Alabama in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice and sociology before earning her Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2012.
During law school, Terai participated in a number of philanthropic activities which raised thousands of dollars for local and national charities. Prior to graduating law school, Terai worked as a law clerk at a law firm in Cleveland, Ohio where she worked on a number of criminal defense and immigration cases. She also interned for the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program, conducting extensive research for child dependency cases and worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm in Naples, handling a number of commercial foreclosure and landlord-tenant matters. During her final year of law school, she clerked for Judge Mark Steinbeck in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in Fort Myers, Florida.
Terai is a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Gulf Coast Sailing Club and in her free time enjoys sailing and competing in regattas throughout Southwest Florida, fishing, playing softball, and spending time with her family and friends.
